                                  课题组诚招博士后、博士、硕士研究生、研究助理以及联合培养学生,欢迎对物理化学、团簇化学、无机化学、材料学、团簇催化、电化学、晶体学等感兴趣的学生加入本课题组。

                                  主要工作业绩

                                  主要从事金属纳米团簇精准合成、表征以及发光、催化应用等性质方面的研究。包括创新性的采用直接还原前驱体法和引入炔配体,首次合成并结构测定了系列结构与性质新颖的金属纳米团簇,原子水平揭示界面结构、建立构-效关系;首次原子水平揭示团簇催化中的配体效应,多孔限域纳米团簇电催化转化(电解水制氢、氧还原、二氧化碳还原等)。组成和结构确定且尺寸超小的金属纳米团簇,无论是对于研究基础科学问题还是广泛实际应用都具有重要的价值。截至目前已发表学术论文20余篇,以第一作者在Sci. Adv.J. Am. Chem. Soc.Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.Adv. Mater.Dalton. Trans.等杂志发表多篇论文,累积引用超过2200次,其中包括ESI高被引、VIPEditor Choicehot paper
