代表性成果(获奖成果、专著、论文、专利)
研究兴趣主要为串联环化反应研究及其在天然产物合成中的应用。主要围绕串联环化反应在复杂分子合成中的应用开展研究。发展了光诱导电子转移(PET)自由基串联环化反应,并将其成功应用于C20氧化贝壳杉烷二萜天然产物sculponin U的全合成;建立了钯催化半片呐醇重排串联芳基化构筑氢醌类天然产物 dysiherbols A-C 的核心骨架;发展了少见的铁催化缺电子烯烃原 aldol 反应构建倍半萜 rumphellclovane E 的桥环骨架;基于钯催化串联羰基化/螺环内酯化,通过调控底物取代基的差异性首次实现降三萜 phainanoids中两种手性氧杂螺环内酯的立体多样性合成;拓展了铁催化[5+2]环加成在真菌代谢产物 andilesin C 和二萜生物碱的合成应用;发展了反常区域选择性的铁催化γ/δ-烯基烯酮串联环化合成双环环丙醇。累计发表论文42篇,它引超过1000次,其中以第一(共同)或者共同通讯作者发表论文29篇,包括 J. Am. Chem. Soc. 发表2篇,Angew. Chem. Int. Ed. 发表2篇,Org. Lett. 5篇,Chem. Comm. 1篇,OCF 3篇,JOC 2篇;两篇论文入选ESI高被引论文,2篇论文引用超过200次,最高它引226次。
